Staging Your Home
As part of my listing services I offer full or partial staging and consultation for my clients, free of charge. I also offer staging services for realtors with pricing based on the square footage of the home and the level of work required.
I focus mostly on secondhand furniture, art, and decor originating from the southwest. My stages exude the uniqueness of the Southern Arizona region without looking “cookie cutter” or like everything came straight from a home goods store. My approach is sustainable and intended to create a space that feels lived in, while being neutral enough for buyers to envision their own furniture and art.
I also offer short term rental decoration and consultation — head here to learn more.
Make it stand out
Staged homes typically sell faster and for more money than un-staged homes. That’s why staging is a key component of my listing strategy, in order to get my clients the highest and best price possible for their home.
Tucson Eastside Home
Glendale, CA Condo
Prior to becoming a realtor, my husband and I renovated a 1981 condo in Glendale, California, which I staged for selling. This process was a practice in removing our own belongings and personal touches and creating a youthful and inviting space. Because we were still living there, the staging needed to be functional and practical, which is something I take very seriously for occupied stages.
