Interview with Tom Heath from NOVA Home Loans

Earlier this summer I sat down with Tom Heath, Vice President and Loan Officer at NOVA Home Loans, for a video interview discussing real estate, marketing, and Tucson! Tom not only has 25+ years of experience in local lending, he’s also deeply connected to Tucson’s small business and arts community, especially in and around downtown. Tom has a podcast, Life Along the Streetcar, featuring interviews with local business owners, creatives, and more, and he’s also turned his podcast into a book that celebrates all there is to do in this vibrant part of town.

Tom and I talked about how I got my start in real estate, what I love about helping first time homebuyers and marketing listings, my passion for interior styling and staging, and finally how @TucsonInsideAndOut got its start and what the intention was behind creating this Instagram account.
